 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Clearly Insight team made adjustments to cameras we purchased from another security company we lost confidence working with. Clearly Insight took the time required to train us on how to access all camera playback features as well. They recently installed a home security system and we are very satisfied with their level professionalism and willingness to ensure we fully understand how to use the system. Highly recommend the services of Clearly Insight.

Your experience in camera placement right thru to running the wire, your project managers and you employees doing the installations. They displayed a level of excellence, professionalism and knowledge that far exceeded expectations. As well, personally very enjoyable to have around.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Saw them at the Manitoba Outdoor show and asked him about his thermal Infrared cameras. He told me they are not IR cameras. Other cameras use IR LEDS to see things, and that his cameras are thermal, not IR. Long-wave infrared (LWIR) in the 8 to 12 um range are designed to see "heat" such as the human body. Guy does not understand the technology.

Hello Kevin, Good to see you understand the technology. I was certainly surprised to see your comments. Our dealings are almost exclusively with people looking for video security that really don’t understand the technology and as such we differentiate that an IR security camera with IRs allow a camera to see in the dark with a thermographic camera that sees heat. Thermographic cameras are a relatively new product for us. Thanks for pointing that out, you have far more experience using the thermographic cameras and I appreciate your input. Gary

Then the team of Technicians that did the install were considerate and very neat and tidy, they did a great job. And they didn’t rush, they took the time to make sure everything was satisfactory. They took the time to show me how to use the system. I would highly recommend this company. Very pleased with the product, the service and the workmanship! 😊
